Business Setup & International Expansion

From business concept to operational readiness.

Building a successful business takes more than registration. NERO helps entrepreneurs and growing companies plan their establishment, structure their operations, organize their finances and prepare for international banking and payments.

Why it matters

Registration is the first step, not the finish line.

Many founders register a company and then discover that the real work starts afterwards: accounting systems, internal controls, bank onboarding and payment providers.

NERO connects these steps into one structured plan. You can start with us at the idea stage and continue with the same team through setup, launch and ongoing accounting and advisory.

Our business setup & growth framework

Five stages from idea to a company that runs.

01

Business Discovery

We understand your concept, target market, ownership structure and commercial objectives.

02

Establishment & Structure

We assess jurisdictions, corporate structure, registration considerations and licensing needs.

03

Financial & Operational Foundation

We design accounting systems, reporting, workflows, budgeting and internal controls.

04

Banking & Payment Readiness

We assess your financial infrastructure needs and prepare documentation for independent providers.

05

Launch & Ongoing Advisory

We support operations with accounting, financial and systems advisory as you grow.

This framework describes our advisory method. It is not a guarantee that every stage, registration or third-party approval will be completed; those decisions rest with the relevant authorities and providers.

About Estonia’s e-Residency

We provide general information and practical orientation on Estonia’s e-Residency programme: how the application works, running a company digitally, and common operational considerations. NERO’s own international entity is an Estonian company, so we share practical, first-hand experience.

  • e-Residency is a government-issued digital identity. It is not a residence permit, visa, citizenship or tax residency.
  • It does not by itself provide eligibility for bank accounts, payment providers or tax advantages.
  • Applications are decided solely by the Estonian authorities.
  • NERO is an independent consulting business, not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the Estonian government or the e-Residency programme.
  • Company formation, legal address, contact person services and legal or tax advice in Estonia are provided by appropriately authorized independent providers.
