1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is the NERO entity that handles your enquiry or provides your services: Nernex Consulting OÜ (Estonia) for international clients, or Nairoukh Accounting & Management Consulting Services (Jordan) for clients in Jordan. You can reach either one at info@nero-nexus.com.

2. What we collect

• Information you send us through our consultation and quote forms, by email or by WhatsApp: name, email, phone, company, industry and the details of your request.
• Client records you share with us during an engagement, handled under the confidentiality terms of your engagement letter.
• We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across websites.

3. Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and schedule consultations (steps taken at your request before a contract).
• To deliver contracted services and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• We never sell your personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed: our email and form-handling providers, our payment processor (Stripe) if you make a payment, and WhatsApp if you choose to contact us there. All fonts and files on this website are served from our own domain; we do not load third-party trackers. Some providers may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months unless it leads to an engagement. Client records are kept for the period required by applicable accounting and tax laws.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Jordan’s Personal Data Protection Law, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, object to processing, or receive a copy of your data. Email info@nero-nexus.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority; in Estonia, this is the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

7. Security

We use access-controlled systems, encrypted connections and confidentiality obligations to protect your information.
